Desenvolvimento da identidade visual para o encontro internacional Reparar • Reconectar • Rematriar, realizado na região da Pequena África, no Rio de Janeiro. O evento reuniu artistas, pesquisadores, lideranças indígenas, afro-diaspóricas e representantes de comunidades tradicionais para refletir sobre reparação histórica, restituição cultural e memória ancestral.

A identidade visual foi concebida a partir dos conceitos de reconexão, pertencimento e retorno, traduzindo visualmente os diálogos entre território, ancestralidade e futuro. O projeto buscou criar uma linguagem gráfica capaz de acolher a diversidade de vozes presentes no encontro, ao mesmo tempo em que reforça a potência dos processos de rematriação como instrumentos de reconstrução cultural e fortalecimento coletivo.

Visual identity developed for Repair • Reconnect • Rematriate, an international gathering held in Rio de Janeiro's historic Pequena África district. The event brought together artists, researchers, Indigenous leaders, Afro-diasporic communities, and cultural practitioners to discuss historical reparation, cultural restitution, and ancestral memory.

The visual identity was built around the concepts of reconnection, belonging, and return, translating the dialogue between territory, ancestry, and future into a cohesive visual language. Designed to embrace the diversity of voices present at the gathering, the project highlights rematriation as a powerful process of cultural restoration, collective memory, and community empowerment.
